About MedStream
What is MedStream?
MedStream is white-label hospital and clinic management software built by MedStream Software Solutions, founded in 2025 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India by Abhi Patoliya. It runs a hospital’s entire operation — registration, appointments, clinical records, the IVF and embryology lab, maternity, indoor admissions, operation theatre, billing and WhatsApp patient engagement — on one connected patient record.
The platform supports every specialty from the outpatient department (OPD) to discharge, with unusually deep, purpose-built mastery of in-vitro fertilisation (IVF), assisted reproductive technology (ART), obstetrics and gynaecology — including seventeen dedicated embryology modules, ICMR Form F under the PC-PNDT Act, antenatal care (ANC) registers and cryo-tank storage mapping. It is sold in modular editions, so clinics buy only the modules they need, and deploys on the clinic’s own server or in the cloud.
Built in India for Indian clinics, MedStream prints bilingual English and Gujarati documents, bills natively in rupees with EMI schedules and post-dated cheques, and is ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) ready with the government HMIS report auto-tallied. Every engagement includes a personalised demo, assisted data migration, and on-site and remote training for every role.

Is MedStream ABHA-ready and ICMR Form F compliant?
- Yes. Patient registration is ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) ID ready, ICMR Form F under the PC-PNDT Act is generated inside the clinical workflow, and the government HMIS register auto-tallies the monthly Service Delivery Report for submission.
Does MedStream print documents in Gujarati?
- Yes — patient-facing documents print bilingually in English and Gujarati. Consents come in both languages, and the printable indoor pack includes the Gujarati “Bahedarhi” feedback form, so patients sign what they can actually read.
