The biggest lever. Front desk + billing is one budget; adding clinical records, maternity, indoor/IPD, the IVF lab, WhatsApp automation, QR self-booking and teleconsultation is another. You start with what you need and add modules as you grow.

How much does MedStream cost?
- MedStream is priced modularly and every deployment is built per clinic, so the honest answer is a written quote for your clinic rather than a number on a price sheet. Use the quote form on this page (type of centre, size, modules) and we reply on WhatsApp, usually within one working day, or take a 30-minute demo first. You pay for the modules your clinic actually uses, and the quote covers everything: no migration or training sold later as surprise add-ons.
What does hospital management software typically cost in India?
- Prices vendors publish in 2026 run from about ₹10,000–₹18,000 a year for a small OPD cloud plan to ₹1 lakh a year and more for multi-doctor clinics and small hospitals on per-user pricing; most hospital-grade systems quote per deployment. Is there an annual maintenance charge (AMC)?
- Commercial terms including support and updates are part of your written quote, stated upfront. Across the industry, annual maintenance in the range of 15–25% of licence cost is common, whatever your quote says, make sure (with us or anyone) that updates and support are both explicitly covered.
Can a small clinic afford MedStream?
