Your choice of your own on-premise server or the cloud, per-clinic configuration of UHID formats and document layouts, and white-label branding throughout. Demos and training run remotely as standard, with on-site engagements scheduled from our Ahmedabad base.

Which languages do printed documents support?
English throughout, with bilingual English–Gujarati available for patient-facing documents like consents — genuinely useful for Mumbai's large Gujarati-speaking community. We say plainly what we don't have yet: Marathi document printing is not currently offered.

- Not today — and we'd rather say that plainly. Documents print in English, with bilingual English–Gujarati available for patient-facing forms like consents. If Marathi matters for your patient base, tell us in the demo and we'll discuss it honestly.
Can MedStream serve a Mumbai clinic remotely?
- Yes. The demo, data migration assistance and role-by-role training all run remotely as standard, and the software itself deploys on your own server or in the cloud. On-site visits from Ahmedabad are arranged when needed.
