Teleconsultation
How does a patient two hundred kilometres away book?
A booking page your patients open from a link you share, register, choose a slot, pay by UPI, then a one-to-one video consultation from the same link. An add-on, switched on per clinic.
Patients register themselves
A public page on your own domain, in English and Gujarati, branded as yours. A new patient enters the details you've chosen to ask for and verifies their number with a WhatsApp OTP; a returning one is found by mobile number. No login, no app to install.
Book, pay, done
Doctor, date and slot from the doctor's separate teleconsultation schedule, the fee set by you, consent captured, and a UPI ID with QR on the payment step. The desk verifies the payment; the receipt issues on its own series, global or doctor-wise.
Video, or a phone call
A one-to-one video call the patient joins from a link, no app, with the prescription written beside the video. Today's list shows who is waiting, with tap-to-call when a phone call suits better. A bell and a push notification tell the desk the moment a booking, reschedule or cancellation happens.
Kept apart from the OPD
Teleconsultation money and records stay on their own worklist, collection report and receipt series, never mixed into the OPD register or the day's counter cash.
