What this website collects
Only what you choose to share. If you request a demo or write to us, we receive the details you submit, typically your name, clinic or hospital name, phone number, email address and message. Demo and quote requests from this website are delivered to our inbox as email through Resend, a transactional email service; the details you enter travel through it solely for that delivery. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we see what you send us there.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use it, which pages are read, and whether a demo was requested. It sets a first-party analytics cookie for that purpose. We do not use it for advertising, remarketing or selling data of any kind, and we run no other trackers or marketing cookies. If that ever changes, this page will say so first. When you tap a WhatsApp button or send us a form, the pages you viewed on this visit, the site or campaign you came from, any templates you downloaded, the time, your approximate city and your type of device are emailed to our own inbox (through Resend) so we can answer with context. That trail is kept in your browser only for the visit, and a WhatsApp tap never tells this website your phone number.
Free tools on this site
The discharge summary generator, the ART clinic self-check, the NABH self-assessment and the cost calculator run entirely in your browser. What you type in them is never sent to us. To let you come back to a half-finished check, your answers are saved in your own browser’s storage on that device (the discharge generator saves only your letterhead, and only if you tick the box); clearing your browser data removes them. Google Analytics records that a tool was used, for example the type of summary chosen or the number of gaps found, but never the details you enter.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, answering questions, arranging a demonstration and following up on conversations you started. We do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with third parties, except where a service we use to respond to you (such as email) necessarily processes it, or where the law requires us to.
Your clinic's data, always yours
MedStream, the product, runs in your clinic’s own deployment, on your premises or in infrastructure you control. Patient records and clinical data live there, belong to your clinic, and never pass through this website. It’s your data, always.
