How does the record hold up years later?
That is the real test of an ART system, because outcomes get questioned long after the cycle. Grading photographs stay attached to the embryo they describe, witnessing is a logged event rather than a note, cryo storage is mapped cryocan → canister → goblet → cryolock, and 100+ granular role permissions plus an audit trail mean you can say who recorded what and when.

Where does the fertility wing meet the rest of the practice?
At the patient. Six structured gynaecology histories — infertility through perimenopause — sit beside the prescription in the OPD, and the infertility history that begins there is already shaped for the cycle that may follow. When a cycle succeeds, ANC enrolment, high-risk flags and the maternity package continue on the same record rather than starting a new one.
